Getting to know Joshua D. Nelson

Raised in Carmel-by-the-Sea on the central coast of California, I became familiar with the luxury home market and the needs of luxury homeowners. In 2004 I began my career in real estate at the San Carlos Agency as a property manager and real estate salesperson focused on the sales and management of vacation homes and residential income properties.

In 2007 I relocated to Oahu to live in paradise. I spent 6 years at CBRE, the world's largest commercial real estate services firm, where I developed an extensive list of satisfied clients primarily working with multi family, office and retail asset classes.

In 2014 I left CBRE to pursue my dream of owning and operating a retail business, which ran successfully until the global pandemic of 2020. During this time I practiced residential and commercial real estate with Hawaii Life Real Estate Brokers producing over $20M in gross transaction volume while only at it part-time.
